If you want your team to collaboratively access, update and manage your customer information in your account, you can add a single customer record, or import an entire .csv list of customers and/or sites. 

Customers refer to the parent (ie. management company of multiple sites or buildings).

Sites refer to the physical building location. Multiple sites can belong to the same Customer.
